Space Invaders

Space Invaders was originally released in 1978 as a fixed shooter. The game involved controlling a laser canon and shooting waves of aliens as they descended from the sky. This project aimed to recreate Space Invaders for a final project in the spring of 2021.

The objective of this game is to score as many points as possible. Scores will be saved to the same directory the executable is in.

Known Issues

• Currently, the game experiences lag, likely caused by the framework it was built on. There will be a patch for it sometime in the future.
